The ceramic core, or mat of tiles, is encased in a stainless sheet with serrated edges that fold over to secure the ends. A removable protective inner liner ensures the tiles held in place during installation. This provides a versatile heating system that effectively transmits conduction and radiant heat.

Do not install in areas with gases or vapors. Ensure temperature controls are in place to prevent overheating. Check thermocouples for cleanliness and responsiveness to avoid overheating. Clean barrel surfaces to prevent. Remove the inner liner before the ceramic heater. Position the heater on the barrel and secure it without over-tightening. For screw terminals only remove the top nut and washers. Use a qualified electrician for wiring, with high-temperature compatible lead wire. Adjust terminal lugs to avoid short-circuiting. Verify the voltage does not exceed the heater’s rating and measure amperage. Insulate live connections for safety. Keep the heater free from contaminants to ensure longevity.
